When you have encountered any stressful situation or thing, and you are just stuck with that situation or thing. The following are some strategies you can do on your own for dealing with that stressful event or day.
1. Acknowledge your stress:
The first thing after feeling stress about a situation or thing is getting yourself acknowledged about it. Just say to yourself: ‘YES, I am having stress, that particular thing and situation is causing stress to my mind and body.’ Saying this would help manage your stress for that time. Your mind will have emotional recognition about it, and you can deal with that situation with your better understanding and skills.
